2026 Economic Intern (Short-term) - Cologne

Our short-term internship runs for 8–12 weeks and is designed for students in their 2nd year or beyond. This is a chance to explore the world of economic consulting, gain hands-on project experience and learn from our experts.

• Currently in 2nd year or beyond of a Bachelor’s in Economics (or related field)
• Strong interest in micro-economics
• Some familiarity with analytical tools (Excel essential; R or Stata desirable)
• Curiosity, problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage deadlines with support
• Fluent in the language of the office you are applying to (except Brussels, where English is sufficient)
• The academic and language requirements are essential. For the other skills and experiences, if they do not fully apply to you but you bring a growth mindset and willingness to develop, we still encourage you to apply.
