E-Commerce Project Manager / CMS Expert (f/m/d)
Cologne or Künzelsau (remote working partly possible)
Aufgaben
- Shape our global e-commerce experience: Create seamless customer journeys providing high-quality e-commerce content, including landing pages, on-site campaigns and product pages
- Create conversion-optimized pages: Design and optimize e-commerce pages that deliver best-in-class user experience and maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate internationally: Work closely with our local teams to improve digital content quality and ensure alignment with brand and business objectives
- Steer best practices: Define and implement global standards for e-commerce content and page creation, usability and performance optimization
- Drive continuous improvement: Monitor page performance, analyze user behavior and implement data-driven enhancements to boost engagement and sales
- Manage and own CMS: Ensure efficient workflows and accurate content deployment across our e-commerce platforms utilizing CMS
- Empower teams: Provide training and guidance to local colleagues on creating high-performing landing pages and maintaining content quality
Fähigkeiten
- Higher education in Business Management, Sales Strategy, Marketing or a related field
- Expert in digital content and UX: Strong knowledge of CMS tools and best practices for creating user-friendly, conversion-optimized e-commerce experiences
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to interpret analytics and apply insights to improve page performance and customer experience
- Creative and strategic: Skilled at crafting compelling e-commerce pages that engage B2B audiences and drive conversions
- Project leadership: Proven experience in managing global CMS/e-commerce content projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Industry knowledge: Background in B2B retail/e-commerce in international organizations is a strong plus
- Positive energy: Enthusiasm and can-do attitude that motivates those around you
- Self-starter: Comfortable working independently, prioritizing effectively and delivering impactful results
- Strong communicator: Skilled at building relationships and fostering collaboration across diverse teams
- Trend-savvy: Up-to-date with the latest in UX, CRO, SEO/GEO and e-commerce content strategies
