To support our team, we are looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible as Senior E-Commerce Key Account Manager (m/f/d) with regular on-site presence (2–3 days per week) at our headquarters in Lauf an der Pegnitz.

Aufgaben

  • Based at our global headquarters, this role sits at the heart of our growing Online Sales & E-Commerce organization. As E-Commerce Key Account Manager, you own and develop selected high-growth online partners across Europe with full commercial responsibility. You think strategically, act entrepreneurially and operate with a strong agile and business development mindset sense of urgency.
  • Your mission is to sustainably grow all Thomas Sabo brands with key partners – profitable, consumer-centric and channel-authentic – while delivering an outstanding digital brand and shopping experience.
  • Own and lead strategic account planning: Define clear growth strategies with measurable performance, volume and profit targets, including milestones for sustainable success.
  • Drive channel excellence: Ensure compelling, consumer-first product and brand experiences that are authentic to Thomas Sabo and optimized for each online channel.
  • Execute GTM with precision: Plan and deliver seasonal go-to-market excellence end-to-end.
  • Translate data into growth: Manage daily sales analytics to maximize sell-in, sell-out, category leadership and account share.
  • Optimize continuously: Monitor and permanently improve online marketing activities and ensure best-in-class onsite brand and assortment presentation together with our online marketing team.
  • Stay ahead of the market: Track competitors and market trends, translate insights into concrete commercial actions.
  • Manage budgets with impact: Own sales and marketing budgets for your accounts with a performance-driven, agile mindset.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Tech, Marketing and Operations to deliver on time and ensure ease of doing business.
  • Challenge and elevate: Act as a constructive sparring partner for Key Account and Sales teams to continuously improve performance and ways of working.

Fähigkeiten

  • Strong background (minimum 5 years) in Online Key Account Management / E-Commerce / Online Marketplaces with a proven growth track record.
  • Professional experience in the Lifestyle-, Fashion- or Sports-industry or in comparable consumer-oriented sectors
  • A very strong personal network and / or proven experience working with key online platforms such as Amazon, Zalando and similar marketplaces
  • Fluent English skills, German language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Strategic yet hands-on mindset with clear commercial focus.
  • High analytical competence combined with executional strength.
  • Agile, entrepreneurial attitude and strong business development drive.
  • Passion for brands, consumers and digital excellence.
