Berlin is looking for | Apprentice marketing communications (d/f/m)

We are looking for an apprentice marketing communications (d/f/m) with a focus on media planning to join our Berlin office for the start of training in August 2026. We stand for digital communication with high creative standards. From daily social media content to campaigns, we cover all areas of digital brand management. For our campaigns, we often work with influencers, as well as well-known personalities and stars. Everything we do is aimed at solving our clients' problems in a measurable way and getting people excited about brands.

• In this exciting and stimulating apprenticeship, you will gain a wide-ranging insight into the processes and organization of our agency.
• You will be part of a 4-person media team.
• Specifically, this means you will be involved in the strategic planning, media booking, and success analysis of communication campaigns for exciting clients.
• When implementing advertising measures, you will support us in target group analyses, the definition of brand-appropriate channels, and budget planning with a predominantly digital focus (social media, Google, YouTube, and much more).
• Researching new channels and advertising opportunities.
• Supporting customer service and consulting.
• Getting to know all departments of a creative agency (e.g., strategy, creation, production, project management, and much more).

• Successfully completed school education (high school diploma or equivalent)
• Ideally, you have already completed an internship at a creative agency
• Are you a digital native? TikTok, Instagram and YouTube are your natural digital environment
• You are interested in economic contexts, have a good understanding of numbers and are interested in artifical intelligence
• You are motivated and characterized by an independent and careful way of working
• You enjoy commercial activities, customer-oriented work, and direct exchange within a team
• Good English and initial experience with MS Office
