Aufgaben
- Own the onboarding journey for new veterinary customers from kick-off through to go‑live
- Manage implementation projects end-to-end, from initial scoping through to go‑live
- Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the DACH region
- Configure and customise Provet to each customer's clinical workflows
- Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprise accounts
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
- Occasional travel within the DACH region for onsite client visits
Fähigkeiten
- Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in project or change management, ideally within a SaaS or software environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving organisation with shifting priorities and high adaptability
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience from a fast-growing SaaS company is desirable
- Bonus: veterinary background or experience working with veterinary professionals
