Aufgaben
- As Organizational Development Specialist EMEA (m/f/d), you will shape and drive development initiatives that strengthen capabilities at individual, team, and organizational levels. You will ensure all activities align with the company’s strategic direction and future skill needs, while leveraging emerging technologies and AI‑driven solutions to create innovative, future‑ready learning experiences.
- As Organizational Development Specialist EMEA (m/f/d), you will use your expertise in organizational development and strategic thinking to
- Translate business and technology trends into development priorities that enhance agility, resilience, and competitiveness
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with transformation programs and future business needs
- Develop technology‑driven learning strategies to boost digital fluency, AI literacy, and data‑enabled decision making
- Identify emerging skill needs and translate them into scalable development pathways for individuals, teams, and leaders
- Define and drive a learning strategy for production workers that supports future manufacturing requirements, combining scalable, shift‑compatible learning formats with strong plant collaboration and adaptation to shop‑floor realities
- Integrate AI‑powered learning technologies to modernize the learning ecosystem and improve user experience and impact
- Monitor KPIs, use data‑driven insights to optimize learning effectiveness, and ensure high‑quality, cost‑efficient delivery
- Facilitate leadership workshops and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and global best‑practice sharing
Fähigkeiten
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates with non‑traditional or cross‑disciplinary career backgrounds are welcome
- Several years of experience in transformation or learning and development roles, most preferably in the context of digital transformation in complex, global environments
- Proven ability to moderate and facilitate workshops, team development sessions and trainings
- Deep understanding of core business process landscapes and experience in business process management
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and analytics for KPI tracking and impact measurement
- Strong PC and digital skills, including proficiency in MS Office 365 and collaboration tools and familiarity with S4/HANA environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages like German are a plus)
