Aufgaben
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the European market with focus on semiconductor / IC distribution
- Drive new customer acquisition (hunting), especially within OEM, ODM and electronics manufacturers
- Build and expand a strong pipeline of target accounts in the electronics supply chain ecosystem
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Lead commercial discussions, quotations, and negotiations with internal support
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute directly to regional revenue growth and market penetration strategy
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required
Fähigkeiten
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of proven success in business development or sales, specifically within a semiconductor/IC distribution environment
- Professional fluency in German and English (C1 or higher)
- Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing, supply chain management, EMS, OEM and ODM business models
- Existing networks within the electronics manufacturing ecosystem is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial awareness, and results-driven attitude
- Comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment
