Global Senior Brand Manager (m/f/x)
Aufgaben
- Strategic & Portfolio Leadership: Define and drive global category and brand strategies, including the development of toolkits and end-to-end lifecycle management, while continuously optimizing the portfolio based on market insights, performance data, and emerging trends.
- Market Opportunity Management: Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, anticipate risks, and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Global Alignment & Governance: Ensure close alignment with local markets in executing the global marketing strategy and serve as the central interface for local marketing teams as well as key headquarters functions on all brand-related topics.
- Pricing & Revenue Steering: Lead pricing and revenue management through strategic oversight, functional guidance, and performance-driven decision-making.
- Market & Customer Insight: Initiate and oversee market research to build a deep understanding of physicians, pharmacists, and consumers, using insights to strengthen brand, portfolio, and go-to-market strategies.
- Execution Support & Performance Management: Steer and support local marketing activities in line with global priorities, brand KPIs, and best-practice standards to ensure excellent execution in all markets.
- Best Practice & Continuous Improvement: Foster collaboration and facilitate the exchange of successful approaches across markets to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness and execution quality.
Fähigkeiten
- Education & Experience: University degree in business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable field, combined with at least 8 years of relevant brand marketing experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (FS, OTC, Rx), ideally in an international environment.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the food supplement ecosystem and proven experience managing brands consistently across regions, channels, and customer touchpoints with a clear portfolio and brand equity focus.
- Marketing Excellence: Comprehensive command of the marketing mix, particularly digital brand communication, with hands-on success in launching products and/or product lines.
- Consumer & Commercial Mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs, motivations, and behaviours, with the ability to convert insights into effective brand and go-to-market strategies.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Intercultural sensitivity and demonstrated success working with and leading international teams, while confidently managing agencies, external partners, and budgets.
- Personal Strengths: Creative, proactive, and analytical approach combined with a strong hands-on mentality, high commitment, and a clear focus on execution excellence.
- Languages & Mobility: Very good command of English, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel internationally as required.
